1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

Damaged or Torn Books/Modules: Returns and replacements will be provided only if the books or study modules you receive are torn or damaged. We request that you inspect your items upon receipt to ensure they are in good condition.
Time Frame: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you find any damage or defects. After this period, we cannot accept return or replacement requests.

2. Return and Replacement Process To initiate a return or request a replacement, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the damaged item(s).
Shipping: If the return is due to damage or defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us.
Replacement or Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and item availability.

3. Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs: In cases where the return is due to damage or defects, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

Digital products (eBooks, PDF files, etc.)
Books marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page
Gift cards

5. Cancellations

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed and shipped.
Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
